We had a great experience! Our waitress, Lois, was an absolute sweetheart. She was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. The complimentary biscuits are absolutely mouthwatering! The strawberry margaritas are huge (the size of your head!) and were probably the best margaritas I’ve ever had. We had the pleasure of having Lois as our server tonight and it was the best experience at Red lobster I have had in a long time she was amazing! Will definitely be back soon
I had the worst snow crab I've ever eaten. My husband's fish was good. Our waiter , once we were served, never checked if we needed anything, did not refill my water or offer another beer to my husband and we waited so long for the bill thay we got up and went to the host stand to pay. We will not be back anytime soon if this is the standard of food and level of customer service.
Lois was a fantastic server and made the Fathers Day dinner very enjoyable!!! Thank you as Red Lobster has to be our favorite place for Seafood and Steaks!!
