I used to love the Windsor Red Lobster. I haven't been back in a few years because the last time I ordered food I asked for no wine in the sauce. They then put wine in the sauce and wrote on it "this sauce has wine in it. So I called the location (it was a hell of a time getting through to them) and spoke with a manager. She told me to come in to get a gift card. When I came in she told me they would mail it to me. It never came. I called a few times and gave up. I never went back and won't be going back. Matt was our server today and he was lovely! Food was fantastic as always. My mom and I come every year when my dad goes on a golf trip, this is our tradition and it never disappoints!
