This is a nice place but since they dont have a price list they charge base on how they feel that day. I bought some parts at some price last week and today i got some of the same and the same lady from last week charge me wayyyy more. When i ask she got a little smart about it. I love this place but you guys have to make your mind on prices. Also they dont provide recipes for any purchase or take any credit card. This place has a great team! Ashley quoted the best price around on Friday and Jamie came right out this morning (yes, that fast even after the weekend snowstorm), and picked up my beloved and long trusted family car. Hate saying goodbye to well loved cars. If I could give 10 stars to this business, I sure would!
Got a fair price for my car that couldn't be inspected anymore due to severe rusting of the frame.
I totaled my car while traveling through York, PA and had to leave it at a garage so I could get back home. I knew I was going to have to get the car towed/impounded and was recommended to Red Lion Salvage. They made the process simple and Ashley was super helpful. Got my title sent over to them and they took care of the tow/impounding for free.. best part… I will still will get a check for them for the value of parts! Great deal all around and helpful, friendly service.
Would have given 0 stars if could. We were quoted on the phone $375. for our car to be junked, the tow truck driver comes to pick it up, waits til my husband signs the title & then says $350., bunch of ripoff, wont ever do business with them again.
