Your staff on the line needs a proper training on how to handle customer that is looking to buy your parts, she's very rude on the phone not asking the reason of the call and would just hang up fast without knowing the reason. If there is a negative review here I would rate it like that. Your name just deserves your service on people!!!!

These clowns took my money and sold me a worthless battery. Before I left with the battery I asked if they test them. “They’re supposed to” What a vote of confidence! Well, they didn’t test this one. I came back with it and was told all sales are final. Awesome! Didn’t tell me that when I left with it. They told me I could swap it out. (They wouldn’t return the money I gave them 30 minutes earlier) Of course they didn’t have one to swap out.
