We visited Kalispell because her daughter needed to see a specialist at Logan healthcare.. we heard that the Red Lion did A Logan health rate for a flat $140 a night which was amazing because we were already strapped with the emergency of happening to drive to Kalispell.. the fact that the hotel makes a combination for people that are visiting Logan health is very very much appreciated and respected!! Stayed for 4 days, 3 nights. Highly recommend! CLEAN, rooms and lobby smelt great and affordable ! I even asked the receptionist what their air freshener was. Staff was friendly and smiling. Overall was superb! Will be staying here again when we return to Montana!
I stayed here recently for work. I have not stayed at a Red Lion property before, but I was impressed with this location. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and in an interaction my teammate had with a supervisor we also had a positive experience. Their breakfast options were delicious and the breakfast area was clean. The service was what stood out at this hotel. I would stay here again!
I checked in and the room clearly smelled of smoke. The manager claimed all the rooms are booked the parking lot is almost completely empty. She said it didn't smell like smoke refused to switch us rooms. Offered to spray febreeze as if that would get rid of cigarette smoke. Paid a lot of money to stay in an absolute dump of a room. Appalling management. Will be calling above her in the chain of command to complain.
Clean rooms, comfortable beds..over all good 👍
