We called Richard for one of his listing and let me tell you stay away from him. We scheduled a time to meet him and he doesn’t show up. When we arrive on the schedule time, we don’t see him anywhere so my agent called him and he just said he couldn’t make it and just told us to tour ourselves. No heads up or whatsoever. Obviously the tenant that was there wasn’t very happy either. This guy is so arrogant and a narcissist when we called him back and he hang up on us. Lol wow.
