Excellent experience with Richard and the entire Red Lion Realty crew. Richard was extremely knowledgeable, well prepared with comps in our area and listened to our needs. Richard was fantastic! He was professional and composed when dealing with hard sellers. He did not try to take advantage and push us to keep a higher price, which to me says a lot about how he represents his clients best interest. We called Richard for one of his listing and let me tell you stay away from him. We scheduled a time to meet him and he doesn’t show up. When we arrive on the schedule time, we don’t see him anywhere so my agent called him and he just said he couldn’t make it and just told us to tour ourselves. No heads up or whatsoever. Obviously the tenant that was there wasn’t very happy either. This guy is so arrogant and a narcissist when we called him back and he hang up on us. Lol wow.
