Medical part is great. Admin is horrible. I’ve called thirteen times, no answers just machines. No call backs to have my records forwarded to me in Texas. Signed release forms. They obviously need to fire a lot of their admin.

They have me feeling better than I have in years. My interactions with them have always been friendly and caring. I use the Shiloh location and they are always punctual and nice.
I have to agree with statements made with the pathetic services I received here. I was abruptly cut off my medication because (even though the prescription labeled said 1 every 4 hours as needed) I was told they only wanted me taking 2 5 MG a day). Massey was incredibly rude when trying to contact him to explain. I wouldn’t even give this place one star but since I have no other option, I guess it will do. If you don’t have to go to this place, do yourself a huge favor and FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. The staff here is BEYOND rude. With the exception of one or two. They act like it’s an inconvenience to do the most minor of their duties. The doctors are a joke. With the exception of Zachary.
