I did not stay here nor will I ever. My wife and her sister did . The creepy" Karen" behind the counter is the reason for the 1 star should a minus 5stars. First of all, she is a liar and a manipulative shrue . Secondly, the maintenance guy walking around opening doors to rooms that are paid for and not just one he did it to several others without announcing himself, not cool dude be glad I wasn't there

The staff were courteous, attentive, and ensured a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place for its outstanding hospitality and amenities. Looking forward to my next visit. The breakfast also very good quality.

Genuine review: 1) Staff is extremely humble. 2) I booked a roadside view room, and it has an amazing view and plenty of space. 3) Well-maintained staff who maintain cleanliness and hygiene 4) Breakfast tastes good. 5) The hotel is in a great location, and it is easy to walk to the nearby restaurants, Katy Mill, HEB, and Walmart. 6) Again we appreciate of hotel staff and Manager for support 24x7.
