Stayed 5 nights last week. The first room, there was a huge gap between the door and the frame. The bottom part of the deadbolt did not go into the door jamb hardly at all. I did not feel safe in there. So I asked for a different room. The attendant was very helpful and gave me a different room without any questions. The second room was clean visually, but the floors probably haven’t been mopped for weeks. The woman at the front seat was so helpful. We appreciated her so much for her help. Nice people work there. The room was fine and quiet.

Clean rooms low cost
Ok rooms. Clean and neat. No closet or rod for hanging clothes, only 3 hooks on wall beside TV. Vent fan in bathroom wasn't moving air, so a quick shower became a sauna. One of the more reasonable rates for Bend. Sonesta really plays with the room rates so document everything, or you may get upcharged.
