We just checked in and this room is gross! Wish I could book somewhere else!
This was my first trip to Bend and I am so happy I stayed at the Red Lion Hotel. The room was quiet and clean. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful! The staff was professional and made me feel at home during my stay. I highly recommend the Red Lion Hotel.
Most affordable in Bend. Pool looks nice, rooms were okay could be cleaner, and we didn’t wake up in time for breakfast but it sounded good. The staff was kind!
One of the staff entered our room while we were out at dinner to drop off a new TV remote, but failed to close the door all the way. This left all of our belongings including iPads, laptops, and flight gear at risk of theft. The rooms were not well sound proofed and the road noise was loud all night. We could also hear what people in the rooms around us were saying. The price they charged at the desk was almost twice the price advertised online. Will never return.
