The woman who was at the front desk, Trisha was extremely nice and helpful. She accommodated our every need and made it a very pleasant stay.
Too bad I can't give 0 stars. roaches as soon as we entered the room. We immediately went to the desk to tell them we are leaving and asked about a refund (sign says refunds available within 16 minutes of arriving) when we asked it had only been about 3 minutes. Clerk told us she didn't know how to do a refund and to calk the manager in the morning. We asked for proof of checkout so the manager knew we were within the 15 minute deadline for the refund, but she did not give us any proof or receipt for that. So we booked a new... read more

Nobody waiting to check you in the guy doesn't listen to you just takes your money and expect you to like everything had to leave due to roach infestation
