This is a real secret. This will be my place to stay every time I go to Kissimmee FL. Clean rooms great breakfast. Pool spa lazy river and slide. You don't have to leave. A great pool side bar and location is right by the action. Close to ole town too

This hotel used to be our go-to, but after what happened on September 19th, 2025, we’ll never stay here again. That night, my sister was alone in the room when a woman with a duffle bag opened the door and walked right in. She was not part of our group and not even a guest of the hotel. The door was properly closed and locked. Even worse, she also entered another room down the hall. Police were called immediately. This place is HORRIBLE!’ We had a black lady basically break into the room talking about it was my sisters room when did you check in yet she was carrying a huge duffle bag. Called and went to the front desk. STAY away from this hotel. Last night while my daughter was laying in bed. Someone broke in and woke her up, causing her to call 911. Because the front desk didn’t send security guards or any one to help. Once the police arrived they swept each floor only to find out that someone broke into other rooms while people were inside. The police clearly told my daughter that the hotel was uncooperative to let them see any video evidence. This is a major breach of security! Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere! this was a 10/10 experience. very quiet and cozy hotel room. so close to restaurants stores,etc. i loved the pool area , breakfast , & coffee. my favorite part out of everything was the lazy river. definitely will be back again soon!
