Nice clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was really good and staff were all friendly. The only flaw of this hotel is the parking. Some people had to park on the street. Needs more parking spots!!!
Only went into lobby to wait for shuttle going to the airport. Took a while for staff to find my reservation that I had made weeks in advance and shuttle bus driver seemed to be put out by driving us to the airport and back to Hotel.
I booked my room on Priceline and prepaid. When I arrived I was told my reservation was cancelled because of my payment method and they were full. Front desk clerk totally didn't understand the concept of booking and prepaying in Priceline. Neither did anyone else working that night. Ended up having to get Priceline on the phone to explain that I was confirmed and prepaid. Not the experience I expected at all.
