They picked up my belongings on August 30. Today is September 17th. Every time I call to find out when my things will be delivered they tell me they will be in route in a day or 2 this has been going on for over a week.
I went with a different company because I got a way better price but I have since received about 25 calls every morning from them as well as they're the only company that I checked prices for shipping my vehicle so I'm also aware that they sold my information and I'm also now being barraged with random quotes to ship my vehicle from different companies.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The customer service agent told me I was lying when I told him that I received a better quote then he proceeded to tell me that I was a scam and he could hear something in The background then hung up on me. I’ve never felt so disrespected. This particular agent needs to seek a mental health professional it seems to be more than a personality flaw. His professional behavior was unbelievable and unacceptable.
If I could give this company negative stars I would. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I literally had to call the police to get my stuff from them. They will try to scam you with thousands in hidden fees.
