Although John seemed genuine when he gave the apartment tour, when it came to do the paper work, he wanted me to send 3 checks first before the lease was even signed. I was told the landlord covers the brokers fee. Despite that, he insisted I address the first month’s check to him. After I pushed back saying I would only send the checks if the lease is signed by the landlord, he stopped answering me. BEWARE of this SCAM!!!
John was a pleasure to work with. Although we didn't get our place through him, John was very helpful. We appreciated his flexibility and willingness to show us around several options. He gave us a great variety for the fixed budget we had and took into consideration our commutes. Thank you again, John, for a great first experience with a broker.

Shitty attitude and refused to tell me if an apartment was available that they themselves listed on Zillow. Maybe also consider not naming your real estate business after racist housing practices in Boston
