John is organized and thorough and a good guy. Would recommend his services. Helped me get a place in Cambridge on short notice.
Shitty attitude and refused to tell me if an apartment was available that they themselves listed on Zillow. Maybe also consider not naming your real estate business after racist housing practices in Boston
John was a terrific broker. No frills and efficient, he found the best deals fitting my criteria. He quickly scheduled showings the day-of, and even drove me their various locations. If you want a broker who is trying to deliver great options at incredible prices, quickly and without hassle, John is the broker for you. I never felt pressure to sign a lease, and John was always straightforward and forthcoming about issues and the process. Highly recommended.
John is the best broker I’ve ever worked with. He really works hard to find places that are within your budget and have the features you are looking for. I would recommend working with him over anyone else in Boston and I’ve worked with several realtors previously. He also has access to listings multiple places just don’t have. Highly recommend!
