I spent $700 here to fix an issue, Unfortunately, the problem was not resolved, was looked at by another mechanic, who told me the repair appears to be more of a temporary fix rather than addressing the problem. He was also surprised with the the cost. Disappointed with the customer service. Didn’t feel my concerns were taking seriously. based on my experience, I will not be Recommending my friends and family to go here.
Shop recommendation from BCAA, so I gave them a call and had the vehicle towed over. It was the communication between us, from the estimate, to updates and subsequent advice as the job progressed that I was impressed by. Missing was , a pushy attitude, upselling of whatever products and dragging out the actual job. I would recommend this shop.
