Took my car here after hearing a noise. Informed him I had a warranty on my vehicle. He diagnoses my car tells me what's wrong with it. Gives me the keys and tells me he will contact me when an adjuster contacts him. After seeing the email chain thru my warranty company and Redline, they tell him I can't be driving the car after he already gave me the keys or my claim will get denied. I'm now out 5k and struggling to get my car fixed.
