Very poor experience with Red Lily. Glad we didn’t end up signing up with them. Poor communication and felt we weren’t listened to. *Edited in response to owners response* yes Jo we were a client of yours. Weird you can’t even remember your clients. I don’t review businesses I have not dealt with.
We had an amazing experience with Red Lily. We transformed an old 1970s red brick home into an amazing high ceilinged coastal gem! From design to completion, we had amazing communication and trades. Jo is a design genius with an amazing eye and has trades working with her that have been with her for years. Thank you for our beautiful home!
VERY happy to chat with anyone regarding my experience as a client. Had such high hopes and sang their praises early, as onboarded very strongly.
RL came highly recommended but must tell anyone who is thinking of using them to not use them for their own sanity. Cash flow issues, trade issues, communication issues. I expect there will be a lot more reviews coming.
Poor, poor customer service.
