I was very interested in this process, I visited and talked with Paul, he is very knowledgeable and was able to provide me with some great information. I also did the Red Light Therapy and the Vibration to drain lymphatic fluid. Great experience and I actually lost some weight in the process. Thanks Guys

I went to Red Light Health & Wellness to target stubborn fat areas, especially my abdomen. I was pleased to drop weight quickly, my fat percentage dropped, and lost an inch off my waist in less than a month! This red light bed is definitely not the same type of red light you find in the gym!
