I cannot recommend Red Letter Events enough! We hired Riley for month-of coordination, and she was absolutely fantastic. From the start, Riley's communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, and I sent a LOT of emails. From handling vendor coordination for the wedding day to creating a detailed timeline, she was a huge help in making sure everything ran smoothly on the big day, including setting up and clean up during and after. Riley handled every detail with grace and professionalism, 10/10 would hire again.
Riley is absolutely amazing! Neither of us knew how to plan a wedding or anything at all. She helped us from start to finish with a smile. I am sure we weren't easy, but she had a list of questions that we would answer or have her help us answer. Our wedding day was pristine, absolutely amazing and it was a huge thanks to Riley for making it happen. I will and would recommend her to absolutely anyone wanting to plan a wedding or any large event as she knows the people and the vendors and made it happen. Thank you so much!!!
There's nowhere else you should be looking, except for Red Letter Event Design. Riley completely outdid herself and my expectations for our welcome party and wedding! Having a destination wedding is tough when you don't know the area and vendors too well, but Riley made it simple and absolutely flawless! Her communication with myself and my vendors was constant and she put our vision into real life. I would HIGHLY recommend Red Letter Event Design!
Riley was so professional and made me confident that everything was handled the day of the wedding. In addition to coordinating vendors, she also set up and tore down our decorations which not many coordinators do. This gave my mom much less stress day of, as she made much of the decorations. I didn't have to worry about anything except getting myself ready.
Riley was truly a blessing for our wedding day. We had a non traditional venue that had never hosted a wedding before, and she made sure the day went absolutely flawless. We had her as a day of coordinator, and it was so helpful to have her take care of all the communication with my vendors the month of.
