I went yesterday and got up charged $30 for some sort of essential oil for my hair, they say they blow dry at the end but I left with wet hair. She did a good job cleaning my head but it wasn’t as relaxing as I thought. I was hoping for more soft brushing and massage but it was a lot of scratching/irritation to my head. Overall it was fine, but they will try to upsell.
I had a massage booked here for a Saturday, had called and rescheduled from a previous time. When I arrived the lady working said I didn’t have an appointment that day and they were busy. This made no sense as I definitely had rescheduled to Saturday. I immediately cancelled my Groupon and booked with a different massage therapist.
I have very curly hair and I had the standard head spa treatment. I skipped the blow dry. My hair felt clean and nourished afterward. No issue with frizziness or damaged hair. I also got a massage and they really know what they’re doing! Highly recommend, I will be back again
