Cabin was nice and clean, then bed time came. Shower was very big and lots of hot water but drain was clogged. Used bathroom sink and it was clogged. Grass needed to be mowed and both boat ramps were unusable! The boat ramps were the main reason we chose this location. A little better up keep and repaired boat ramps and this place would be great for the price!
The manager was super sweet. We rented cabin #6. When we got there it smelled so strong of mold/mildew all throughout the whole cabin. It was so strong it made my throat start hurting. My daughter has asthma so we opened some windows to air it out and then went outside to enjoy the veiw. Later we came back in and it had aired out a little bit, but it was still super noticeable but not as bad. We loved staying here! The staff is amazing and accommodating.
Lovely! Clean, beautiful view of Lake Chicot out front door. Very comfortable, terrific coffee, excellent value. Hope to return and stay again.
