Receptionist friendly and helpful. I had root canal treatment and a crown recently, Georgiana very professional and kind , she kept me involved at every stage of the procedure, Alberto was gentle and reassuring with a nice sense of humour that helped me to feel relaxed. I feel very lucky to have them both for my dental care.

I have been very lucky to be a patient of Georgiana and Alberto. I was a very anxious patient but now thanks to both of them I am much more relaxed. Their care, patience and professionalism is exemplary and I will be forever grateful to them. I must also mention members of your admin/reception team, again their friendliness makes a visit all the more bearable.

I underwent a root canal treatment and a replacement crown on an infected molar spread across 4 appointments. The dentist explained the treatment options available and their costs at the beginning for me to choose from and subsequently reaffirmed this at the beginning of each appointment. She provided a caring and reassuring attitude and performed the dental work efficiently with no pain other than a bit from the painkiller injections . Would recommend her (G Alius).

Today my son attended a routine check up .However once in the chair he was told he was no longer an nhs patient . A very quick check up and an xray followed by £100 bill. How is this acceptable behaviour? This shouldn’t be allowed without any notice.Surely when the appointment was made he should have been told he wasn’t eligible for nhs treatment .
