NOBODY is doing it like red lantern. best chinese food in town by far
I normally never leave google reviews, but I love this place! I have tried multiple Chinese places in Bloomington & Red Lantern was by far, not only the best tasting, but also best quality and value across the board. I’ve only lived here about a year or two but ever since I found this place, i usually order take out at least every two weeks or so. It appears to be smaller & family owned. Hope that others continue to find them & come support the business as well. :)
Spectacular authentic local restaurant! Extremely friendly staff. My personal favorites are the hot and spicy chicken, garlic green beans, and for something different grandma's spicy pork is amazing. Highly recommend!!!
Lunch at Red Lantern. The restaurant had a pleasant ambience and decor, the service was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. For our party of three, we shared XLB, the spicy sliced beef with ox tripe, red-oil beef tripe, hot and spicy chicken, Old Chengdu fish with pickled mustard, and crunchy spicy lamb. Everything was flavorful, well prepared, and generously portioned. A wonderful choice for anyone who enjoys bold Sichuan-style dishes
The staff was friendly and the food was really full of flavor and huge portions.
