People were nice but our product not so much. Bought a ring there and they didn’t have it in gold. The lady said they could electroplate it gold so we bought it. It turned out nice but 2 weeks later all the gold electroplating is gone. Wife only wears gold so this is useless and we will need to make the gem out to put in another ring. I’d avoid because I don’t trust them any longer.

They are the nicest people! We bought a ring and bracelet from them when we stopped in Juneau during our cruise. Better prices than the other jewelry stores and we love that they are family owned.

This is the only local, native to Juneau, jeweler in Juneau. And they are fantastic! I bought this ring from them 5 years ago, and some gems came out. They fully replaced the ring (no extra cost). The entire buying experience from them in 2019 was just a delight. Very kind and non pushy people. Truly, this is the only place for your jewelry needs in Juneau, Alaska. Joy, one of the owners (I think) made the whole experience wonderful. Highly highly recommend!
