This is the only local, native to Juneau, jeweler in Juneau. And they are fantastic! I bought this ring from them 5 years ago, and some gems came out. They fully replaced the ring (no extra cost). The entire buying experience from them in 2019 was just a delight. Very kind and non pushy people. Truly, this is the only place for your jewelry needs in Juneau, Alaska. Joy, one of the owners (I think) made the whole experience wonderful. Highly highly recommend!
Bought a gold nugget and a whale tail for my wife she had been looking for one
Diamonds fell out of my ring two months after I started wearing it… sketchy place don’t buy anything here.
Stay far far away. Bracelet clasp didn’t work I wasn’t able to wear it once. I called and sent video. NEVER HEARD BACK.
Super nice staff. Very helpful with getting our nugget necklace. Good place to visit when looking for some collectable jewelry.
