Walked in to ask the price of a necklace in the window. The first lady was very accommodating and willing to help us. The other lady was very rude and made a comment about the price was too high to help us. Telling us "we dont play games here" I said we dont play games either. Totally killed our vibe for vacation. Our first stop was our last stop. Rude lady in red.

Je suis extrêmement déçue de mon expérience. Le bijou que j'ai acheté ne correspondait pas du tout à ce qui m'avait été présenté au moment de la vente. Lorsque j'ai tenté de communiquer avec la propriétaire afin de trouver une solution, j'ai été confrontée à un manque total de professionnalisme. Elle a été impolie, peu serviable et n'a démontré aucun intérêt à résoudre le problème ou à assumer ses responsabilités envers sa clientèle. People were nice but our product not so much. Bought a ring there and they didn’t have it in gold. The lady said they could electroplate it gold so we bought it. It turned out nice but 2 weeks later all the gold electroplating is gone. Wife only wears gold so this is useless and we will need to make the gem out to put in another ring. I’d avoid because I don’t trust them any longer.
