Lovely staff and a very effective team. They were kind and accommodating, making sure I could move in as quickly as possible. Since then, they’ve also been really helpful in assisting with any issues I’ve encountered, always responding promptly and professionally. It’s been a smooth experience overall, and I’m very happy with the level of service they provide.
We’ve been renting through Red Key Properties Newport for the past 4 years, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A couple of days ago, I accidentally locked both of my keys inside my property and found myself stuck outside. I contacted Redkey, and I was genuinely impressed by how quickly they responded. A lovely lady from the Newport branch came to help me, and her kindness and efficiency made a stressful situation so much easier.
