Not much sleep. The beds are pretty horrible and comparable to camping. The townhouses are in need of basic updates, like removing the mildew shower curtains.

I have to say , what a fun place for kids ! The water park was so clean and well organized ! They also care about the safety of those in the water park so 10/10! My kids loved it ! They also had a pool (also look cleaned) , it was too cold to use but would have ! Now, the townhouse , it was well organized and the bed (amazing) and clean, but the walls I could not look away there was so much stains I couldn’t see pass it and ended up cleaning it (I also have a cleaning problem) so I also went around and disinfected the house ... read more

I dont normally like to write reviews but I was too disappointed not to. I have stayed at this resort prior (when it was the red jacket and before half of it burnt down). For my daughters birthday , I thought it would be a great idea since we enjoyed it before, boy was I wrong. Initially I looked up the resort to make reservations and found out that now its called Birchmont, not a big deal, website made it look great like it had been before so I booked the 2 nights for 900 something dollars. Convenient location (not more convenient than other places in Conway). We booked the townhouse and it was not worth the money. It smelled strongly of curry and was cheap compared to the price. We were told construction would be done before we arrived, but it doesn’t look like construction will be done for a year+. It’s an odd place and nothing like the pictures on the website.
