Disgusting! should be torn down! How can town allow this place to continue to operate? Smells, bath so creepy I didn't bathe! Won't go back, and will tell friends not to go!
How does this place stay open?? Once in our room we knew we weren't staying. I tried to get at least some of our deposit back but with no luck. We were out $200 but at least we were out of there! Went down the road to the Comfort Inn and they were very polite and understanding ( they said they had hear the same complaints about the Red House Inn before!) . We got a nice, CLEAN room for much less money. Saugerties is a lovely town but the Red House Inn and the owners is one place we have nothing nice to say about.
