We have worked with many builders, and Red House has been the absolute best and easiest collaboration. Everyone on the team was a joy to work with. A well oiled machine, they are all extremely organized and capable of seamless communication both with subcontractors and clients. Red House Design Build is a firm. Justin and his team worked with me and my husband Anthony on creating a 2 car garage and porch addition to our existing 1973 Cape Cod home in the East Bay. I was EXTREMELY nervous because this is my childhood home that my parents built and it was important for the addition to not look like an addition. We worked with Red House to tackle some substantial projects starting in early 2025. We began interviewing Design+Build firms in early 2024 and throughout the entire process the RH team was very accomodating and understanding of our many requests to meet and ask even more questions.
