Red Hot & Blue was founded by three Southerners who longed for great barbeque. The first Red Hot & Blue restaurant was opened to rave reviews in Arlington, VA. It was just a group of friends who wanted to eat good barbeque, listen to some good rhythm and blue tunes and make new friends in the process; they were successful beyond their wildest imagination. Walls are lined with posters and memorabilia of musicians like Bessie Smith and Stevie Ray Vaughan. Ribs are the specialty of the house and come dry, wet or sweet. Pulled pork and fried catfish are complemented by the deep-fried onion ring loaf.
Red Hot and Blue - Sterling hts location STAY AWAY – Food is awfull and served cold, what a waste of $$$ The rib didn't even tasted good and our food was served on a cold plate.
Peice of Pie – This place has good food, but the Pecan Pie I ordered was so thin, My two year old wouldn't have had any trouble eating it.
