I am a Lobster specialist. I have eaten Lobster up and down the New England coast. I had the Connecticut lobster roll ( butter not mayo). It was absolutely one of the best I've had this year !!! Just wish they a double special. Price was excellent also. 22$. Here in Montauk the price ranges from 21$ to 35$. This was the best one in Montauk !!!!!
I loved the Conn. style lobster roll, took it to the beach and was happy about how well it traveled. It tasted buttery but not oily, which is good. Chunks of lobster that you could see, no shreds of meat at all. I had French fries too that after a half hour of getting settled at the beach were still crispy!!! Price I can't really talk about because this is MTK after all, voted the most expensive beach vacation in America. But if you want a damn good lobster roll, I recommend you go here �
