Let me start off by saying, we've been going to Red Hook Family practice since 2006. We've had some amazing physicans and PA for our care providers, recently however, is a different story. Luckily 2 just left island, but my partner went to Yacht Haven Grande today to see Henahan. Hoping to get to know him. I unfortunately had to visit urgent care while I was on vacation, but it was a quick and easy experience here. I was seen in a timely manner by Richard Beevers. He provided me with a prescription that I was able to pick up at the pharmacy right downstairs. The women at the front desk were very friendly as well.

I was excited to learn about its weight‑loss program, but very disappointed by the rudeness at the front desk and the unprofessional behavior from Melissa. My first inquiry was two months ago and I never received a call back. I called again on the 20th and asked specifically to speak with person who handles the program —Melissa who I was told is the only person who can assist—and six days later I still have not received a return call. This is not a good way to begin a program that requires trust and communication.
