On vacation and needed to see a medical professional for an ankle issue. I stopped by and scheduled a visit for a hour later. The staff is friendly, professional and on top of things. I saw Richard Beevers, NP, and was so impressed with him. Diagnosed my issue quickly, chatted for a few minutes, and he sent my prescription to the pharmacy downstairs. Highly recommend Red Hook Family Practice ( and they took all of my insurance). In and out in 45 minutes too.
Good doctors and assistants. Could be more responsive on prescription refil requests.
On vacation and the first night in St. Thomas I felt unwell. Called the clinic the next day and was able to secure the last appointment of the day. I was seen and able to get medication. Extremely grateful they fit me in and was able to give me a quick diagnosis and instant relief. Staff very friendly. Would recommend.
The place was a lifesaver. The people were wonderful in the office. The staff that took my blood pressure was fantastic and the doctor was extremely personable and explained everything to me perfectly. I could not have asked for a better place. Thank you so much Pat Bockh.
I called to see if I could get a last minute appointment and they brought me right in. Once there, the wait time was minimal and the staff was incredibly kind. I am a solo traveler who was dealing with a slight emergency and I was able to get immediate and compassionate care at this practice. I couldn't recommend them more. Shoutout to Shirla, Alana and Fran Jacobsen!! Thank you all so much!
