Unfortunately this place has turned into a corporate environment quickly. I saw Dr. Julila Kusnick and was very disappointed. I have been a long standing patient with the Red Hook office with Dr. Ross for many years. This morning, I had x-rays taken, and then was given dirty glasses to wear for my cleaning that the hygienistwould not be doing, and when I asked if there was another pair because they did not appearclean, I was told "they were as clean as she could get them." The dentist was very focused on making sure the fit for the bridge and crown was perfect. She also made sure I was as comfortable as possible.
My son sammy is 26 years old with severe autism and Red Hook Dental and their wonderful staff go out of their way to make his visits as easy and positive as possible. Shout out to Brittany who goes above and beyond with her kindness, sense of humor, support to mom, and dexterity!
Atmosphere dramatically changed since the change of hands. Rescheduling of appointments, full payments for work not done. Rude hygienists.
