We have been happy with Red Hills cleaning and customer service for a long time now. Rates are reasonable and other than a few scheduling mishaps that were made right, we haven't had any issues. I appreciate their willingness to do a task not normally included in housecleaning (changing sheets) because that was very important to us.
Edit: Red Hills Pristine Cleaning circled back with us after a one-off cleaning service that hadn’t met our initial expectations, but they came back again to correct it. I love when companies take pride in their work, and I felt we got exactly what we were looking for on the second pass. We will continue to be long-standing customers, and I will 110% be recommending this company to friends and family in the area. Thanks RHPC, you guys are pure class! We recently had Red Hills Pristine come to clean our bathrooms and kitchen. I’m giving two stars because the gal who did the kitchen was great! The other individual who cleaned our bathrooms did not deep clean our toilets, they didn’t even touch the shower (you can see grime in one of the photos), and if you look at the sink you can see soap left over from our soap dispenser dripping prior to them arriving.
