Red Hills Pristine Cleaning is incredible! They’ve completely transformed the way my Airbnb runs here in St. George. The team is always on time, super professional, and leaves every unit spotless and guest-ready. I never have to worry about missed details — they handle everything from linens to restocking with total care. It’s clear they take pride in their work and treat each property like their own. If you manage short-term rentals or Airbnbs in the area, I can’t recommend them enough!
The girls are darling and work so great together as a team. They clean thoroughly and dust which is my least favorite thing to do! Finger prints of grandkids wiped off of surfaces and the little details that mean a lot!
I hired Red Hills Pristine Cleaning to do a move-in/deep clean of my vacant home and I was incredibly disappointed and frusterated with the entire experience. The owner, Kaycie, was 20 minutes late for the free initial walk through. When the actual cleaners showed up on the scheduled date, they were an hour late. I had to call and ask where they were, and was told after 30 minutes that they were on their way. I found them on Instagram and was impressed. So I called and scheduled them to clean one of our new construction homes that was over 9,000sq ft. They did AMAZING! Cleaning new construction isn’t easy to begin with but they did such a good job and their system is so organized. I love that we get notifications of when they show up and when they leave. Plus any photos of issues or things that they found to point out. We will continue to use them for all our high end home cleanings. And recommend to others
