When we was finally ready for new cabinets and countertops to be installed, I must’ve called every cabinet shop in the basin, and a few from further out. I usually got the same response, “measure your space, take some photos, email them over to us and we’ll send you an estimate.” When I’d ask if someone was available to come look at my space and take proper measurements, “we can try to get someone over there in the next couple weeks.”, was the usual response. We did not have the best experience getting our cabinets installed. There seemed to always be an issue. I have white cabinets which are high maintenance to keep clean I’ve never used more than a paper towel and dish soap with water to clean them and paint is coming off all over. I reached out to see what we could do because this should not have happened so soon after an install. I did not receive much help. I’m disappointed we spent so much and now my cupboards need repainted!
