The staff was very friendly and helpful! Loved Dora the treatment coordinator, she was so helpful and took her time with me. Thank you staff of Red hill Orthopedics, you guys made my visit much enjoyable!
EDIT: Previously made a call where I was told I had to pay for retainer repair but I was actually covered for 2 years. Very good and smooth service throughout the Braces process, and afterwards as well.
We couldn’t be happier with Red Hill Orthodontics! The staff is absolutely amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They truly care about their patients and make the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. Thanks to their expertise, my kids’ braces are working wonderfully. Highly recommend this wonderful team to everyone looking for top-quality orthodontic care!
There is a reply for a Ruhma here that breakage of the permanent retainers within a few years is covered but actually I don't see that in my agreement. It's only been a couple of months since my final visit but one part of the top retainer broke and when I called I was told it would cost $100, making an appointment for the next week. It's not that big of a deal but just pointing out for those that are curious. Might remove the wire retainers in the future and just use the clear ones if the glue wears off that easily. Dr. Sam is very kind, patient, professional and understanding of patients concerns. He listens and provides advice and concrete steps on the plan ahead. I actually look forward to the appointments with curiosity, appreciation and to see what kind of technology or gadgets we will be using next 😊 Actually, every staff member, from reception to the dental techs, doctors and everyone in between, is very helpful and they do provide a comfortable environment and a great experience for me and my wife.
