I hesitated to write this review to be honest with you. I had my orthodontics started in Ottawa and it had been multiple years as an adult undergoing treatment and surgery to get what I wanted. I moved to Hamilton and was recommended Red Hill because of their Invisalign status. While the hygenists are okay and so is the ortho, though they spend minimal time with you and do not at ALL consult what you are after (I am an ICU RN so I am not new to the medical field), the thing that bothered me the most is that the receptionists... read more
I’ve been going here for far longer than I’d like to admit. But I’m finally done! All the workers have been very pleasant except Tenisha (idk how to spell her name). I’ve never seen her at the front desk but this second last appointment she was there and I’d say she’s been the only rude passive aggressive receptionist I’ve ever talk to here. Everyone else has been lovely and kind. 10/10 recommend unless you get greeted with her and don’t mind the condescending “hun” she always throws out. But honestly not that big of a deal ... read more
