This is the best place they are all so nice and so supportive then truly do care about you and how your teeth feel
Throughout my teen years I always felt so insecure with my smile. When I first started my treatment Dr Sam and his team has always been so nice to every one of my appointments. After 1.5 years ( on- going treatment) with braces I already see such a great improvement and difference. It has been my experience that, besides the receptionists, the staff is very rude. These kind of treatments are expensive, you would think after spending thousands, these people would at least be polite and respectful. Not quite. I would not recommend going here. If you need this kind of service I would recommend going to a smaller office with fewer employees. Accessibility was perfect.
I was told to never tell anyone I got my teeth done there because I refused to go ahead with surgery that they tried to pressure me into as a 15-year-old. Every dentist, and even the surgeon they sent me to for a consult, felt it was an unnecessary surgery. Don’t worry guys, I make sure to tell everyone I got my teeth done there and how awful it was.
