Always so happy, professional (in any weather). Today they had a VERY brief technical issue which was honestly resolved faster than expected. Everyone was patient, calm, friendly and fantastic.

Love the car wash, very reasonably priced and I can't say enough abt the staff! I don't know where you find them or how you train them but they are top notch - so polite and helpful. Impressive young group of workers there. Keep it up! Also love your seasonal decorations!
I use the bays, and I actually like this car wash but here's what I find unacceptable... - you tap your credit card, go through the process of washing your car, and when you finally turn the dial to QUIT, you probably won't notice that the time count and charge on your credit card just keeps on going!!! - there is a small message on the payment machine that tells you to lift up the flap and hit stop, but you wouldn't easily see this or think about it.
