If you prefer to live far from downtown you might like this cul-de-sac community. Homes start in the $200K. I looked at a particular, newly constructed, home from the outside and peeked in the windows. It should be noted that the house number, on the builder’s (Lennar Group) website, was incorrect. The photo/street view shows the house next door, NOT the house I checked out. I suspect that the house had not yet been built when the Google maps people drove by. I would rate the house as just ok. Richard Muzquiz took care of my clients start to finish.
