Red Hawk Fire Protection did a great job at Tacoma Old City Hall, installing completely new fire protection system with new fire pumps. Retrofitting an old building that undergoes a seismic improvements is a challenge with many unknowns obstacles. We are pleased with the collaboration and successful completion of the scope of work. Special thanks to Scott Seibert, Colin Carter, Lauren Main and Rusaw Williams.
Their drivers are happy to use the 405 N HOV lanes in Bellevue, as single riders. If they’re willing to lie about this, I wonder how they conduct the rest of their business.
I am so grateful to the Red Hawk team. I was out of the country when I learned from my water district that I had a serious leak that needed attending to at my commercial property's water service. I called Red Hawk out of the blue and they assigned me Jeremy, one of the techs. It turned out he was in my area, found the leak, and took care of it on the spot. The charge was more than fair and I was so happy to know that it was a problem solved. I'm so grateful. This is a great company!! -Adrian
Red gawk is not a great company. I’m not sure I would use them again. We built our own home and used them for our fire protection. Things started off badly when after we had paid a deposit for them to do our work. We were told it would take several weeks to get a permit and complete the design. When that time period was getting close my wife emailed then called to confirm a starting date. No answers. Then both of us called and left messages for Rachel the project manager assigned to our project to please update us. No answer... read more
