Recommendedbeen here 19 years and Jeff is the 3rd owner. we have seen it at it's worse. but since Jeff has owned it it had improved big time. great neighborhood, Jeff is strict but that's what makes it nice. he enforces his rules, may not always agree with them but that's anywhere you live. won't be moving anytime soon.
RecommendedWe have been here since winter 2014. Excellent community to retire in or to raise a family. Since Jeff took over the park it is clean a the upkeep is amazing.
I thought it seemed really well kept , but repairs to the home which my daughter rents has had the floor torn up for a month now. He has increased rent with no repair to floor. Always on time with payments .
We love it here! Great Neighbors!! Very Quiet and peaceful!!!!
It's a beautiful place to live. We also have family that has moved here. And we all love it here.
