With Zsuzsa its always service with a smile. She definitely knows her craft. Never an issue with the cartridges and the prices are amazing! I'm always telling everyone about her product. I've been using her refills for about 11 years. I use the cartridges, but the toners are also a great deal. Way more affordable than brand new. Refills are the way to go!

Toner for my fleet of HP 402/404 printers is something I hate to order. Keeping track of reputable vendors over Amazon that constantly change has been a headache I'm grateful to be rid of. Red Fox Ink processed my first order of 2 high volume black toner cartridges and the process was simple and to the point. After ordering, Zsuzsa even went out of her way to drop of the units and added some chocolate treats as a surprise gift We will be using Red Fox Inc for all of our toner & ink needs in the future.
