Unprofessional. And appalling customer service. It saddens me to leave this review after the flowers on the day of my daughter’s wedding were so good. But we had a dreadful incident due to the candle vases being overfilled with water and the aisle being lined with naked flames. A guest’s dress caught fire and was ruined. Since this happened we have repeatedly tried to contact Red Floral who have ignored our messages. We simply wanted the cost of the dress compensating. Ordered 5 last minute bouquets from Red for Christmas presents for my mum, auntie & besties due to having a broken leg and being unable to get out to shop and WOWZERS these guys do not disappoint. The flowers are all stunning!! So fresh and they smell amazing 🤩 all delivered perfectly and on time. Big shout out to Mitesh who replied to my questions over messenger politely and promptly even at 10pm. I will definitely be ordering again 5 stars is not enough!! X
