I have rented from Billy for 2 years and signed on for another year lease. Repairs are made in a timely manner, and I've never had an interaction that was less than professional.

There is cold AC, a beautiful courtyard, easy access to a washer and dryer for laundry, and you feel safe and secure behind wrought iron gates. What a convenient location, too! Just down the road from Jackson Square and many other wonderful places in the Quarter. We were so lucky to find this place!
