Dr. Petersen was professional, kind, and incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to clearly explain the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout. His communication was prompt and thoughtful, which I really appreciated. It’s clear that Dr. Petersen genuinely cares about his patients and approaches his work with both knowledge and compassion. Dr Patel is a wonderful Doctor to work with. She explains the purpose of tests and then takes time to go over the results. She explains the types of hormones, topical or oral, that can be used to achieve desired levels and explains the benefits and limitations of the options. She does this while answering all of my questions. Dr Patel also recommended a few supplements that have been very helpful and work with the hormones I am now using. I met with Red Fern for support with anxiety, insomnia, and chronic joint pain (unfortunately congenital and would require extensive surgery to address). Dr Peterson made scheduling the appointment very easy and convenient, especially with his "office hours" at different places around downtown Vancouver. He was professional, efficient, and compassionate. The solutions that he recommended have improved my quality of life and saved me money too

I had a very exceptional visit, felt like I was seeing an old friend. Dr took genuine interest in what my life's quality looked like. He answered everyone of my questions and even took an interest into how he might be able to further my medical stability. I love the fact that he keeps a piano in his office. He's the kind of guy that you can just tell has zero interest in red tape and just wants to help the person. I am grateful to Red Fern Health

I renewed my DOH Medical Card here with Dr Petersen. It was a completely seamless, enjoyable visit. Dr Petersen is a knowledgeable practitioner & very helpful @ putting one at ease! Also a great sense of humor! I had all my questions answered. Very reasonable rate, as well!! WIN WIN WIN!!
