Came over for a home visit, said they'd get back to us in a week. 9 days later, I followed up asking for an update. 3 days later, I got a response from the Operations Manager saying she'd check with the design team for an estimate - nothing followed. 6 days later, I emailed asking if there was an update or if this was going to be the going cadence. That was 4 days ago, still no response. Totally unprofessional.
Sera and her company Red Fern Brooklyn are the definition of excellence on every level. Sera is a true artist with a passion for every aspect of her work and her creations are masterpieces. She's also a pleasure to work and it's abundantly clear from the very first interaction that she cares deeply about her clients and projects and she goes above and beyond to exceed expectations.
