This was my first time experiencing reflexology, and it was fabulous! Relaxing atmosphere the moment you walk through the door. Walked in with pains in my legs and feet and left with no pain at all! The therapist, Ms. Huckaby, was thorough in her explanation of the process as well as her findings afterward. Would recommend everyone try this as well as Red Feather Wellness, in particular. Shout out to my daughter Ronice Copeman for treating me to this wonderful experience, I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much!
I never really thought about reflexology before, but after today, I can confidently say I highly recommend it. If you’re always on your feet or constantly on the go, this is your sign to treat yourself to this incredible experience. Not only is it deeply relaxing, but it also gives you insight into your body and what areas may need more attention. Drifting into that calm, almost meditative state was the best feeling. Truly a 10/10 experience.
