If I could give zero stars I would. We requested an embroidery been done for a wedding quilt and was told it would be done 1-2 days prior to us leaving. We were to be sent colors and after a couple attempts of communication a decision was made. Then NOTHING, we tried and tried to reach out to pick up the cloth so it could placed on the quilt for the wedding. I usually don’t leave reviews, but if I could save one person from using this place by looking at reviews then it’s worth it. They are awful and their attitude says that they know they’re awful and don’t care that their awful. In short, I purchased hats and jerseys for a t ball team and asked them to embroider. They told me they would be done in a week. After 3-4 weeks they ruined the hats and jerseys that we had paid for and now I will have to get elsewhere to get them fixed or repurchase. I will never waste my money here again. They were 4 weeks late on their deadline with the menus for my restaurant, didn't offer a discount, and I spent money printing menus when they didn't send me enough. Their reaction was "oh well that's on you." Do not waste your time or money.

I will never do business with them again. I ordered a simple plaque with 2 months to spare. It took them over a year and they had a difficult time knowing what year it was. I would rate them a 0 if I could.
