I came to this company to pick up a trailer from my company and the lady in the front office. As you walk in, the building looked at me as if she's never seen a black man and then begin to question what I was doing there. As I explained to her why I was there, she began to become the CIA getting smart with me being rude and very hostile. The gentleman in the other office had to come out. I’ve called multiple times and spoken with someone each time. I’ve left my name and number asking to buy up to 100 pallets and be a repeat customer but I can’t seem to get them to sell me pallets. Maybe they are too busy or low on inventory but I can’t seem to convince anyone there to take my money. Maybe others will have better luck but I’ll take our business elsewhere.
Been using these guys for years! Great service and quality pallets. They also deliver!
