I would never recommend this company to do an appraisal, the young man that showed up at our door was very opinionated, did not like that our master bedroom had a bathtub and double sinks visible from the bed even though the commode was hidden, in his opinion on the appraisal it would have cost $5,000 to correct this issue, we love our Master suite just the way it is and his opinion should not matter, he also did not like the positioning of our home, the road comes up behind the house and enters on the end of the house in th... read more
If I could provide a ZERO score, I would. We had the unfortunate luck of having Red Eagle provide an appraisal for the buyers of a home we were selling. The appraiser used dated information and despite our providing here additional data points; i.e. newer sales within the area, larger yard, covered back porch, deck, etc, she appraised the value of the home nearly $10 LESS than the contracted price. Worst appraisal company . Was only here for only few mins . Didn’t take too much time to look around . This company Must work for a bank favors . I have a new roof new siding everything is updated double driveway new furnace new floors finished basement new bathroom updated kitchen you name it. In the neighborhood house selling for Around $175K I have one of those better looking house in the neighborhood Only appraise for 155 . What a joke. Just ridiculous.
