This place is never plowed. We actually got stuck one day when I had to go to my storage unit for something. Also my storage was leaking water at the bottom of the door and they basically said that there was nothing that could be done about it. And they were pretty rude when I told them about it as well. The prices seem to be more than other storage units around as well but I only chose that one because it was the only one available with a size I needed at the time.

Pathetic. paid on time every month. We had an incident where we lost the key to our personal lock so we were trying to get the lock off, the owner came down and started screaming at up cussing my mother out telling us that if we didn't have our stuff out by midnight he would have us arrested over the fact that we were trying to break our OWN lock to get the storage unit open. ! very rude, disrespectful just disgusting 😡
They set a date for you to be charged then wait a week or more after the day you should be charged to actually charge your account I also went in to update information in my account and they had lost all of my information - to update my review a little absolutely do no use this place my monthly fee is set to be 39.99 a month upon checking my bank account to see if they actually managed to charge me on time I got to see that this place decided to steal an extra $100 from my account to break down some quick math for you that i... read more
