Don't want to give low stars, since I've not actually been here. But I've not been able to go here for a cut because their booking process is dysfunctionally baroque. I've used the process as described, but once you request a time/date and wait to hear back from them, if you find out that time is not available, there's no way to just explain what general dates/times *could* work for you. There's no follow-up at all other than "nope." You seem to just have to go back to the beginning and request a new date...for every possibl... read more

I've been searching for a reliable and reputable salon in the area, and I always have a challenging time finding someone I can entrust my hair to until I discovered Red Door Salon. Maegan is exceptional because she provides expert advice on which hair color would complement me best, rather than simply proceeding with my initial request, which may not be flattering. She is also exceedingly friendly and professional.
