First of all, I would highly recommend you choose a Realtor who is a great person and that is what we had with Courtney and Caleb. They took their time, answered questions, gave us advice as we remodel a rental to sell. They watched the market and gave us updates on how the market looked and updates to include in the house to help it sell quicker.
