My husband and I are from out of state and were not sure how we were going to be able to go through the home buying process from so far away. Because of the military we were on a tighter deadline and only had one week to look at homes and put an offer down. Caleb and Courtney hustled for us to help us find the home we wanted in the four or five days we were in town. Afterwards, they were great at communicating everything we needed to know throughout the closing process. We couldn't have done it without them!

They were both very patient focused on my needs, answered all questions and were extremely understanding. No pressure whatsoever at any time, but knew their business very very, very well. Cannot speak highly enough of Caleb and Courtney and the job they did for my wife and I. As first-time buyers in a new city, we were as green as they come, but the Marshes patiently helped us figure out what we liked and didn’t like and stuck with us through a number of purchase attempts.
